Marilyn initially spent a lot of time with us, getting to know us and providing great feedback on things to do with the house to make it show better. She made sure the house was effectively marketed through several outlets and maintained the supply of flyers at the house. She provided us with excellent feedback on the overall and local market, showings, open houses and potential offers. When the first offer we received was too low, she recommended that we counter back at our asking price. Some realtors might have suggested that we accept the offer so they could speed their commission.

She made sure that everything was in order with the sales contract and required paperwork to ensure a smooth closing. She followed up closely with the buyer’s agent to make sure that everything was done in time for a smooth closing.
